Extraordinary pharmaceutical servicesThe Department of Pharmaceutical Services at Northside Hospital ensures the safe, effective and timely use of medications for our patient populations. 24/7, our Pharmacists practice direct, responsible provision of medication-related care for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improvepatients’ quality of life.Our Pharmacists promote the safe and effective use of medications by collaborating with medical staffand other professionals formally through the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Position Description:

The Lead Pharmacist will be responsible for leading operation and clinical activity of the Pharmacy Staff so as to provide pharmaceutical care. Acts as a professional resource. Serves all patients, including, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescent, adults and geriatrics.

Position Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. Two years previous hospital pharmacy experience. Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Evidence of an ability to work with others, a team player.
