Professional Services Engineering

Professional Services Engineering (PSE) is the global group inside VMware Professional Services (PS) that is responsible for the standardized “service products” that are used by VMware PS and the PS organizations of our partners. A services product is a collection of assets and tools that drive consistency, scalability and efficiency with these teams. The analog is with the product management and engineering teams that produce software: PSE has the same type of functions that build, distribute and promote these service products as well as enable our field organizations on their use.

We are renowned for serial innovation in the area of PS standardization through frameworks such as the ITValueModel and software tools such as PSSolutionBuilder and PSEngage . We are approximately seventy world-class individuals and leaders in all corners of the globe. You will join a group of highly talented and motivated individuals who are aligned on their and their stakeholders’ success. We are intentionally distributed, close-to-customer so that they continue to focus on real-world execution and regional diversity rather than be situated centrally in HQ.
